A leading general contractor with a strong reputation in the data center and mission-critical sector is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Executive to join their national team. This individual will play a pivotal leadership role on large-scale construction projects, overseeing performance, profitability, and team success across multiple sites.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction professional to work on high-profile projects across the U.S. while partnering with a dynamic and well-established organization known for its innovative approach and strong company culture.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle management across complex data center builds.
- Oversee project teams including Senior Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships, design partners, and key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic oversight and direction throughout preconstruction, procurement, and execution phases.
- Monitor project financials, scheduling, risk management, and contract compliance.
- Mentor and develop internal talent; promote a collaborative and accountable team environment.
- Identify opportunities for value engineering, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in commercial construction, ideally with a focus on mission-critical or data center projects.
- Strong background in project management, with recent leadership of complex, high-value builds.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and work collaboratively across disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong financial and contractual acumen, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally to project sites as needed.
