BOSS Built Environment are currently seeking experienced Project Schedulers (all levels) to join a nationally recognized Top 100 U.S. General Contractor on high-profile Hyperscale Data Center projects across Midwest America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules from preconstruction through completion.
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather and validate schedule input.
• Review and analyze subcontractor schedules to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Oversee baseline schedule development, routine updates, and time impact analyses.
• Attend client and internal project meetings to communicate schedule performance and strategy.
• Provide reporting tools and support to enable effective schedule control.
• Utilize historical data to support planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve schedule variances and implement corrective action plans.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project scheduling or project management.
• Previous experience on data center or mission-critical projects is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in construction sequencing and critical path method (CPM) scheduling.

Software Proficiency:

• Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project, and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Excel and standard project management software.
